Unusual Foods with Andrew Zimmern is a travel and cuisine television show hosted by Andrew Zimmern on the Travel Channel. Unusual Foods concentrates on regional cuisine from around the globe which is typically perceived by Americans as being revolting, unique, or bizarre. In each episode, Zimmern focuses on the cuisine of a specific country or region. He usually demonstrates how the food is procured, where it is served, and, normally without reluctance, eats it.

Puerto Princesa: Banana Skewers, bananas rolled in brow sugar and deep-fried with caramelized sugar crust, fried chicken intestins on a stake. Kinabuchs: seaweeds, mussels on a half shell, grilled tuna belly, snails cooked with coconut, tuna collars grilled.

  5. Those complaining and saying the food are disgusting, there's a reason it's called BIZARRE. Why did you even click the link when you're just gonna say it's unhygienic and gross? LOL

  6. Those white worms are gross and they are not from coconut. Worms from coconuts are far more delicious than that and I've tasted one. It has its natural oil, its crunchy, the anus/tail isn't black and it has a very rich aroma when being fried. No need for oil thou :)

  8. My Filipina wife is grossed out at some of these foods. She could not watch it to the end.
