Got into lots of workload coz I have a hard time and little patience finding warehouse trainees. As soon as I see a small lack of interest or laziness I let them go because those things multiply in the future when they relax.
The result is I have no staff and have to do it all myself. Not that bad actually if you ask me. As long as I can multitask… I save their salaries and I help mine.
