This week nakatanggap ako ng IMG Cyberlibel lawsuit dahil sa video kong nagrereview sa kanilang IMG Scam or Not?
So today, paguusapan natin ang bagong pandemic ng Pinas, ang Cyberlibel.
Correct me if Im wrong pero seems like the answer to criticism ng mga mayayaman sa Pinas ay Cyberlibel. So as expected IMG “Not An MLM “Von Butthurt sent me a subpoena to scare me ooooooo.
Natangap ko un after ng deadline its basically useless so para di naman masayang ang effort ni Atty Rizal Antonio Meru, I decided to share it with the community para maeducate kayo sa libel laws dito sa US. Spoiler alert! Its different sa Pilipinas.
First just to make it clear, I am American so I follow American Law and I am protected by the First Amendment or Freedom of Speech and Expression. It is a HUMAN RIGHT!
