This weekend, we replaced the broken glass, purchased and installed a new cash register to serve seniors, kids, and customers who don’t have access to cashless payments.
We also developed a new system so no cash is ever left in the café overnight and implemented additional security measures. Some of those changes we won’t be sharing publicly for obvious reasons.
The truth is, no small business can ever be 100% safe. All we can do is learn, adapt, make the best decisions we can within our budget, and keep moving forward.
We’re grateful for everyone who has stopped by, sent messages, shared our posts, and supported us this week. Your kindness reminds us why this community is worth fighting for.
