GENERAL SANTOS CITY — The big top is up in GenSan. EuroXtreme Circus ¡Carnavale!, produced by Art Box Entertainment, is playing at Zaldivar Field on Yumang Street, Barangay City Heights, from October 28 until November 22, 2026, according to Art Box’s official site and its General Santos show page. Homes.ph News reported the same dates and venue. If you are looking for a circus in General Santos this month, this is the one: two hours of aerial acts, motorcycle stunts, clowns and carnival color, and a show built for the whole family.
What is EuroXtreme Circus ¡Carnavale!?
Art Box describes ¡Carnavale! as a show that “brings together the world-class acrobatics and spectacular performances that have amazed thousands of Filipinos, alongside new, never-before-seen circus acts, all immersed in a vibrant Mardi Gras-inspired production filled with dazzling costumes, music, color, and celebration.” Homes.ph summed it up as a carnival-inspired show combining acrobatics, elaborate costumes, music, and other circus performances.
On its EuroXtreme Circus page, Art Box calls the show “a two-hour celebration of thrill, laughter, and world-class talent made for Filipinos of all ages,” with “mind-blowing stunts, breathtaking aerial acts, hilarious clowns, and jaw-dropping performances from international artists who bring the magic of the European circus tradition right to the Philippines.” In short: pang-buong pamilya, and worth the trip to City Heights.

The acts: what EuroXtreme is known for
Art Box has not published a full act-by-act lineup for ¡Carnavale!, and it promises new acts alongside the crowd favorites. Here is what EuroXtreme has built its name on, as reported in national press coverage of the show earlier this year.
Wheel of Suspense. A giant rotating steel wheel where performers run, balance and leap high above the ring. Daily Tribune and NewsCentral both named it among the show’s main attractions.

Globe of Terror. Motorcycle riders racing inside a steel sphere, inches from each other. Daily Tribune describes it as featuring “motorcycle riders inside a steel sphere”; NewsCentral calls it an electrifying motorcycle stunt act.

Flying trapeze and aerial acts. The classic of the big top. Art Box’s EuroXtreme page promises “breathtaking aerial acts,” and Daily Tribune lists flying trapeze among the main attractions.
Freestyle motorcycle stunts. Riders launching bikes into the air above the ring. Daily Tribune lists freestyle stunt performances among the attractions, and Art Box’s EuroXtreme page carries photos of the act.

Clowns and comedy. Art Box promises “hilarious clowns” on its EuroXtreme page. Chupetin the Clown is back for the General Santos run, Kuya Manzano’s management told TPW. Earlier EuroXtreme audiences met Chupetin on the Cebu and Metro Manila runs, according to reviews of those shows.
Carnival dancers. This season’s Mardi Gras theme brings costumes, music and dancers into the ring, per Art Box and Homes.ph. The show opens with feathered dancers taking the floor.

New in the ring: the ringmaster
This season’s newest addition is Spanish-Filipino actor and singer Kuya Manzano, who is the show’s ringmaster on a six-month tour contract, his management told TPW. On his blog, he writes: “I have the honor of opening the show,” speaking the first words of the night: “Welcome to the EuroXtreme Circus!”

Per his official site and About page, he has performed since 1998 and has called the Philippines home since 2011. Filipino audiences may know him from GomBurZa, He’s Into Her and Sisa (read our review of Sisa), and he has played Ibarra in Noli me tangere for Dulaang UP. More on TPW: his move from Spain to the Philippines and his jiu-jitsu blue belt. He is also posting a daily behind-the-scenes series, “23 Days Under the Tent,” on his socials until November 22, per his blog.
Who is behind the show?
On its About page, Art Box Entertainment OPC says it was established in April 2024 and describes itself as the first Filipino company to produce, present and organize a touring Big Top international circus.
