USWAG, Pinas! Special Edition kick-starts its episode this June 2021 by featuring the progress and developments on the national government’s mass immunization against the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) to achieve population protection.
Derived from the Bisayan term ‘uswag’ which means progress, this special edition of the social media program aims to inform viewers about the ongoing vaccination in different communities across the nation, the tireless efforts of healthcare workers and medical frontliners in battling the virus, and interviews from inoculated Filipinos and medical experts on the benefits of getting the jab to further boost vaccine confidence amongst the people.
USWAG, Pinas! Special Edition is a flagship program of the Presidential Broadcast Staff – Radio Television Malacañang (RTVM).
