President Rodrigo Roa Duterte issues a stern warning to those who are causing disorder as the country addresses the spread of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).
In his message, the President mentions those harassing medical workers who have been frontlining the battle against the global pandemic, the leftist group causing public disturbance, and individuals committing dishonesty and corruption in the distribution of relief packages and financial support to low-income households affected by the ‘Enhanced Community Quarantine’.
