President Rodrigo Roa Duterte received His Excellency Rafael Harpaz, outgoing Ambassador of Israel to the Philippines, during a farewell call at the Music Room in Malacañan Palace.
The Chief Executive conferred the Order of Sikatuna with the Rank of Datu (Grand Cross) to the Israeli Ambassador who started his diplomatic post to the Philippines in 2018.
Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Secretary Teodoro Locsin, Jr. and Chief of Presidential Protocol and Presidential Assistant on Foreign Affairs (PAFA) Undersecretary Robert E.A. Borje joined President Duterte in the farewell call.
