#ALDUBKoTo The ALDUB Ko To episode shows Donya Tinidora arriving on the spot where resident dabarkads Paolo Ballesteros sat. With Tidora still in Massachusetts, Paolo had to sit in for the meantime. Donya Tinidora exhibited a positive attitude. Her only complain is the short bamboo ladder she climbed up.
Lola Nidora was later shown accompanied by the Rogelios. Unkempt and catatonic, even her lipstick looked abruptly smudged. She had to be assisted by one of the Rogelios in hopping off the barangay patrol tricycle. Seeing Donya Tinidora seemed like she came back to reality. Donya Tinidora felt so sorry at Lola Nidora’s appearance. Lola Nidora explained that she barely slept at all. From the ALDUB Lost Without You episode until the ALDUB Ko To episode. She is at a loss. And the search has taken a toll on the Rogelios too. Donya Tinidora asked that their sunglasses be removed. She then saw how dark circles showed under the Rogelios’ eyes.
YayaDUB was then shown in the ALDUB Ko To episode running in an open field. She saw someone she thought was Lola Nidora. But the person only ran away. Seems like she never saw any of the posters asking for any info about YayaDUB’s whereabouts. Seeing the bench by the bamboo tree empty. YayaDUB sat down contemplating for her next move.
Lola Nidora again suggested smoke signals by getting the bamboo tree burned. One of the hosts, Joey de Leon, suggested against this. There was already an unsolved kidnapping at hand. Arson would only aggravate the situation. Lola Nidora is already having trouble with the law. Or does she? She doesn’t seem perplexed at the sound of sirens anymore. Then again, that observation is already more than a week old. Perhaps because when Alden was first kidnapped by Lola Nidora’s Rogelios. Alden could have shelved the charges. Compromise? Of course. The ALDUB Ko To episode has shown though that the new kidnapping incident meant worse dangers ahead for Alden.
The ALDUB Ko To episode showed Alden trying to escape from the abductors himself. He was locked up in the same room where YayaDUB escaped. This time though, Alden could not find the same door where YayaDUB escaped. The room had less lights this time around. So in case Alden would start writing on the wall again. It would be harder to decipher. The abduction has not weakened Alden yet. He sat on a pile of rubber tires for the meantime while contemplating his next move.
Lola Nidora still received a call from the alleged kidnapper. Just like before, he/she/it just laughed on the other line. Perhaps not affected that YayaDUB has escaped. The person seemed more concerned in keeping Lola Nidora deranged. Donya Tinidora herself is quite fed up with the kidnapper’s mind games. But getting upset is all they can do at the moment. They were out of options when a couple of uniformed policemen arrived at their spot in the ALDUB Ko To episode.
The ALDUB Ko To episode tried to analyze a list of suspects through the uniformed policemen. They carried several photos of possible persons of interest. This is in contrast to some reports (not mentioned in Eat Bulaga) zeroing only on disgruntled groom Frankie Arenolli. As uncomfortable it may be for the characters present, everyone bound to benefit from the ALDUB abduction is a suspect.
Donya Tidora was the first suspect according to the cops. Why? Because Lola Nidora often kept YayaDUB away from her. She went as far as leaving her in the mansion just so Donya Tidora would not get to talk to her. Compared to Donya Tinidora, Donya Tidora run afoul with her mouth. She’s willing to talk even to Alden. This is when Donya Tinidora’s photo was shown next. Now Donya Tinidora was visibly upset. Compared to Lola Nidora, she was more organized in her part for searching YayaDUB. And just because she and Donya Tidora approved of Alden, they get included into the list of suspects? Donya Tinidora was aghast.
If not for the ALDUB Ko To episode, it will not be confirmed that Frankie Arenolli is officially included among the list of suspects. Lola Nidora refused to believe it though. Despite the fallout, Lola Nidora still remembers Frankie fondly. This is in contrast to when Alden is revealed as one of the suspects too. It would be easier for Lola Nidora to believe that Alden staged a “kidnap me” scheme to be with YayaDUB. Donya Tinidora and Paolo thought otherwise.
The last woman who introduced herself as Isadora is also included among the list of suspects. Lola Nidora maintained that she’s not the real Isadora. But she never revealed a particular “standard” which can be used to identify the legit Isadora. “Isadora” surely wanted to be with her daughter Divina. (It’s been awhile since YayaDUB was called “Divina”) And she didn’t have a problem with Alden either. Unless she needed Alden to provide her an idea about Divina’s personality devoid of Lola Nidora’s influence. The real Isadora surely had a beef with her sisters. Any sane mother seeing her child taken away from her would do whatever it takes to get her child back again. Then again, “Isadora” was never seen again after Lola Nidora sent her away. The closest exposure she got in the ALDUB Ko To episode was her most recent photo.
The Rogelios are included as suspects because any party with a grudge against Lola Nidora is an automatic suspect. That easily explained why Alden is included among the list of suspects. Then again, while YayaDUB is being taken away. The Rogelios are busy having selfies with TVJ with Allan K. Including them among the list of suspects made sense because of this. Lola Nidora could only stare at them trying to confirm if they have something to do with YayaDUB’s abduction. The ALDUB Ko To episode’s plot is getting more convoluted. Must have been Lola Nidora’s list of enemies is actually longer than the cops’ list of suspects. Seeing the impostor pastor in the list of suspects was no surprise because of Lola Nidora’s reputation.
Frankie’s dad, Don Franing, is also considered as a person of interest. (It was Senator Tito Sotto that used this term as it seemed a safer term compared to “suspect”. Also, it is almost a Senate hearing jargon) At this time though, his ranking among the current list of suspects is quite low. And speaking of interest, Duhrizz’s inclusion among the list of suspects in the ALDUB Ko To episode is expected. She hated YayaDUB. She wanted Alden for herself. If she had to get her own set of goons to get the job done, why not? The trailer park trash reputation preceded her too.
In the ALDUB Ko To episode, there was not one but two stock photo images of a person with a question mark. Only one image may get the audience thinking that it might be Dodong. Dodong was one of the servants in Lola Nidora’s household that fell in love with Isadora. But nobody knew how Dodong looked like. So the second picture with the question mark drove home the point. It can be anyone. So seeing Lola Nidora as the last person included among the list of persons of interest made sense too.
Donya Tinidora was quick to jump at the opportunity at Lola Nidora’s previous schemes to keep YayaDUB and Alden apart. She went as far as ordering Alden’s abduction. She faked an illness and impending death. She hired a fake doctor, Dr. Tan-Ning, to emotionally blackmail YayaDUB into marrying Frankie. (The impostor pastor is a suspect but not Dr. Tan-Ning?) Donya Tinidora managed to enumerate a few schemes that Lola Nidora was guilty of. Lola Nidora then justified all of her actions in her effort to keep YayaDUB and Alden apart. Then again, she’s not very good at explaining herself.
The very weak YayaDUB failed to realize that her abductors has found her. Before she could run away, the men in ski masks took her away to the waiting white van. YayaDUB tried to escape with the remaining energy she had. But before the white van could close, the ALDUB Ko To episode goes into cliffhanger mode.
The running joke on social media is that YayaDUB should get kidnapped again so she can be with Alden. Be careful what you wish for though. It’s already the weekend.
