President Rodrigo Roa Duterte leads the 42nd Commencement Exercises of the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) ‘Hinirang’ Class of 2021 via virtual convention on April 21, 2021.
The PNPA graduating class comprises of 228 cadets who shall join the ranks of the Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), and Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP).
