The Philippines is a beautiful country and not a landfill site for other country’s garbage. After a long time of discussion, Canada committed to pay the expenses for shipping their garbage back to their country. Back in 2013 and 2014, 69 waste containers were illegally sent to the Philippines and the President was not happy about it. Duterte said on April 23 that he will declare war against Canada if it refused to take these tons of garbages back.
